Top o' the mornin' to ya

top of the mornin meeting 044

Welcome to The Tablescaper.

top of the mornin meeting 028

We’re in the merry month of March…

top of the mornin meeting 084

…which means it’s time to pull out your GREEN!

top of the mornin meeting 056

I had a morning meeting at my home (similar to one that I featured HERE).

top of the mornin meeting 036

I moved the locale of the meeting from my dining room…

top of the mornin meeting 026

…to my living room.

It doesn’t take a lot to make a “meeting” a little special…

top of the mornin meeting 034

…and make those that are attending your meeting feel special.

top of the mornin meeting 044

To make it simple, I don’t cook or bake. I’m getting ready for the meeting itself!

top of the mornin meeting 055

There are plenty of great place to purchase pre-made food…

top of the mornin meeting 070

…and then that gives you a little extra time to pull out some things…

top of the mornin meeting 060

…on which to serve your treats.

Life is busy, but sometimes those little extra touches make it all the better.

TIP: If you take a few extra moments to make your meeting special, you’ll make your guest feel special too!

The moment that I opened your post, a silly grin placed itself on my face and stayed there until the very end. This is so charming. The lucky four leaf clover dessert set surely made your guests feel that they had received an Irish blessing. It's wonderful! Thanks for inviting us for a peak. Cherry Kay

This is a charming way to have a meeting. Love that set of dishes with their little shamrocks and frilly edges. I know your friends enjoyed attending this meeting. Makes a difference when the hostess goes the extra mile to make it special. ~ Sarah

How delightful!.. And yes, why not avail yourself of quality baked goods while you put those extra touches in place ( so that one can focus rather on preparing for a meeting). A great idea; thanks for sharing this Irish loveliness and beautiful, yummy St. Patrick's themed tablescape with all of us...

Thanks for visiting and for your kind words. "Top 'o the mornin' to ya" as well dear lady.

Cheers, blessings and hugs from Wanda Lee

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL...every inch of that little setting! I'm drooling over those yummy muffins..."outsourcing" is what my DD calls it when she serves purchased items.

I am SHAMROCK GREEN with envy over your gorgeous tea set. You didn't mention a name or store...do you remember where you found it?

Your guests had to feel so very special to be served like this. Wish I had been one of them!

Beautiful setting, and I totally agree. Go to some effort when you have guests and they will feel so special and pampered. The only problem then is getting them to go home!!

Waldbaums makes a killer Irish Soda bread, and this from a baker who usually cooks from scratch. Lovely china for the occasion.
