Welcome to Seasonal Sundays.
As Fall is truly upon us, …
For complete post click on More Photos.
…we all start to spruce up our homes for the new season.
I’ve dipped into my archives for some inspiration.
How will you decorate your mantel this Fall?
What will greet you as you enter your home?
Will you decorate the outside of your home?
And of course,…
…how will you set your table?
The table featured above was the origin of my Fall header.
Is it temperate enough in your area to still dine outside?
Anxious to see what you’re all up to!

Gorgeous! I love the terrace images.
I did some decorating today. We are going back to the lake next week, so I wanted to have some things finished here before we leave.
Thanks so much for hosting and this wonderful inspiration!
I love all your Fall pictures! I especially love that sweet little jugs that houses your cinnamon sticks-what a lovely idea!
Thanks so much for having me today-enjoy the coming Fall weather!
Best wishes from Spring-time Australia.

Ahhhhh my favorite season, captured beautifully right here. Why should I bother to unpack my things? I can just visit here and relax and enjoy the gorgeousness. xo
Hi! You always have lots of inspiring ideas. I will decorate inside and outside for fall. Looking forward to cooler weather.
Thank you for hosting.

All your fall decor is lovely! I'm just getting started with decorating for fall. This is our first day of cooler weather.
Smiles,
Carol
Beautiful Autumn colours! Thanks for hosting. Have a great rest of the weekend :)
Love that great square paisley plate! Still hot and very humid here in Philly, looking forward to the humidity dropping:@)
Love all of your fall decor...I am so ready for this time of the year...it's my favorite! Enjoy the rest of your weekend!!!
We've had our first hint of fall weather today. It's been so pleasant. I'm sure it won't last, but it's a start. ;-)
Thanks for the fall inspiration. I'm going to start adding some fall touches here in the next week or so.
And thanks for hosting each week..........Sarah
Hi Alma,
Your photos are lovely, as always. Your home looks so warm and inviting dressed for fall. I like your foyer vignette, and I love the flatware with brown, twisted handles. It has definitely been warm enough here to dine outside -- too warm, in fact. It's been like a steam bath here for two weeks or more. We are ready for fall! :)
Thank you for hosting and Happy Seasonal Sunday.

Hope these storms have not effected you DOWN THERE on the Island!
My VeryVeryVery Favorite of all your pictures is the one you mixed in the cobalt blue. LOVE IT!!! Although each and every picture was PERFECT!
My mantle will have to wait AS I AM deep cleaning my basement and "OH WHAT A MESS"!
Have a FUN Sunday!
Hugs,
Donna
Love all of your seasonal touches. You certainly know how to spruce.
Thank you for hosting. I've linked Boozy cherries - an easy version of Cherries Jubilee. Cherries Jubilee was my husband's favorite dessert to order at his birthday celebrations when he was a boy summering up in your neck of the woods on Shelter Island.
Hope you have a lovely weekend. We're supposed to get a touch of fall tomorrow here in the mountains.
Sam
Thank you so much for hosting this party. I am a new blogger and had not done any tablescapes until about a month ago. I am excited about joining your party and trying my hand at some tablescapes. Hugs, Penny
Everything looks so pretty! Our temps are finally getting a little cooler after some rain and it puts me in the mood to decorate...a little at a time! :)
XO,
Jane
Your fall decorations around the house are gorgeous, each piece of element is just perfection!! The tablescape is stunning and I'm loving the dishes and your beautiful header for Autumn. The dishes I used in my post now.. the dinner plate is on my header too. Enjoy your Sunday and thank you for yet, another great party at Seasonal Sunday.

What fun to see your home is various Fall decor! It's such a comforting season, isn't it? We finally have some cooler temps in Texas. Hooray!! I love those dishes with the little home on them...so pretty. Thanks for hosting!
It's amazing how excited everyone gets about fall decorating. With all it's warm colors it is a season that lends itself to creativity.
Wow! If somebody isn't in the mood to get out Fall decor after scrolling through this beautiful post, they'll never be in the mood. Such beautiful Fall inspiration. Thanks for hosting and thanks for inspiring. laurie
I actually did a small fall craft today. I'm not quite ready for summer to be over but I am falling (pun intended ha!) to peer pressure :-) Have a wonderful Sunday!
Love your fall decorating ideas! I have not started decorating yet, but will soon. Thanks for giving me a nudge and thanks for hosting too.
Hugs,
Susan and Bentley
It was so warm and humid today here in Southampton, it was uncomfortable outside! Still can't think Fall until it cools down.
I am looking at magazines, but until I can turn the air conditioning off, not one Fall decoration will come out.
I know you are all set to fall into Fall!
Loved seeing your reprise.
Oh, gracious!!! Everything is lovely, but that little table (and the lamp on it) in the entry is simply stunning! Stripping the mantel and going shopping in the house, basement, storage unit, tractor shed, and chicken coop to see what's available!
Nancy
Great pictures! I love the fall garden with the pumpkins and other touches of orange! Liz
Great Fall Decorations!!
This is my favorite time of year...
I have to change up my outside decorating a bit from last year because of new furniture on the front porch......
Thanks so much for hosting!!
Hugs,
Debbie
Ohhhh, such great inspiration. Thank you so much for hosting. Love the little pumpkins on the black candle holders. I'm motivated to get started on my own Fall decoration!
Loving all of the fall inspiration and beautiful pics. Going to try to get a post up to share, I am a new follower.
These are truly beautiful and inspired tablescapes! Too hot out here to eat outside, but I love your photos of an outdoor table.
The fall inspiration is most welcome! We are still holding onto summer until the end of September, and then I'll start decorating for fall. Thanks for hosting.
My goodness you've been busy. Your fall pictures are amazing and belong in a magazine. You are so talented. I am in love with your fall tablescape. The charger and plates, well everything, it's absolutely stunning and really says...Fall is here!
Gorgeous fall decor pics!!
Thanks for hosting :)
Susan
Loved the look at the fall archives, a lot of inspiration there! Really liked the mantel and the porch setting. We are still eating outside but those days are getting shorter, it dropped down in to the 40's the other night and our heat kicked on! Thanks for hosting, Laura
Thanks for inviting me. I am now following you, but you don't have a follow option so I just copied/pasted your url and now you are on my blog roll side bar. Your storage closet has always made me drool.

I am completely perplexed as to how to decorate this year as I'm in a new place, with an entirely different feel to it (largely because it is new, and my former house was 177 years old!), as well as color palette. I hope to get some great ideas here on your blog.
