Welcome to Seasonal Sundays.
I’m always asked “Where do you keep it all?” and my prior posts about where I keep it all, are my most popular posts. So I thought I’d share where I keep it in the SUMMER. My most favorite place to keep it, is in the OPEN, so you can see it and enjoy it!
In the summer, I’m blessed to share a beach house with my brothers and their families …
…and this is where I keep it all in the summer!
These are the work horses of the summer. White, but with seashells for the summer! (Thomson)
These boats are frequently filled with steamed clams or mussels. (Christmas Tree Shop)
Of course you need something to put the melted butter in! (the little fish are from Century 21, the little row boats are from Christmas Tree)
Upon the stack of white chargers is a little display plate “Faith, Family, Friendship”, which were the party favor for my daughter’s First Communion.
This stack reminds you to find a chair and relax (Brushes - Handpained Stonemite – K.I.C.)
Just used these crabby guys in a recent post. The sea urchin salt and peppers were purchased this summer at the Williams Sonoma Outlet.
Love the soft sea foam green of these (Roscher & Co. – Nautilus Collection.)
These get filled and refilled with baked clams and such.
Of course there needs to be a teapot.
These little guys (Christmas Tree several years ago) are perfect for appetizers.
Do you use different dishes in the summer? (small scallop bowls from Christmas Tree)

Wow, you have the most amazing collection of dishes! And how fabulous to have a beach house!!
Thanks for having me today. Enjoy those last few weeks of Summer!
Best wishes,

If I was lucky to even rent a beach house, I must say I would have lots of paper plates = my bad :/ The boats are the cutest, love your dish closet. I need to get crackin', too busy playing around. xo
Oh What beautiful summer tables you can set! I LOVE IT ALL!!! but if I have to pick a favorite, it is your daughter's memento from her Fist Communion... How Beautiful to have it tucked in to your treasures...
Have a wonderful weekend,
Big Hugs,
Donna
I love those boat bowls!!
A lot of my dishes are stored in containers this Summer, with a few in the pantry and the usual in the barn board cabinet.
Here at the lake, I am running out of room!! I brought dishes from home to play with while we are staying here. Dishes are stored in baskets and cupboards, here there and everywhere.:-)
Lucky you to have both a beautiful home on the bay and a second home full of dishes! We use our white Nantucket dishes year round, but also have other white dishes we pull into service during the summer. Fun to see your "beach storage". Enjoy these last days of summer at your beach house before you return to the routine of school day schedules.
Thanks for hosting each week........Sarah

Wow, these are so neat!! I really like the crabby dishes and the row boats because they're fun. I like the nautilus dishes because they're really beautiful. Seafood just tastes better in ocean-themed dishes. :)
Thank you for hosting every week and Happy Seasonal Sunday!

Another wonderful tablescape. I've only been collecting dishes for awhile. During this summer I have used small accent plates for my tablescapes. And I love fall and the holidays to bring out larger sets of dishes. Thank you so much for having a seasonal party.

You are so organized. I can't wait to show my husband all of your pretties and how beautifully you have them stored. You must really enjoy your beach house and all of the seafood.
Thanks for being our hostess today. I've linked an heirloom tomato tart that can be made in two different versions. Hope you have a wonderful Sunday.

That is a great cabinet, wonderful to see all your treasures out in the open.

I am huge fan of white dishes - with a simple swap of linens you can totally change the look. I wouldn't want to commit to one color all the time.
No Christmas tree shops here - my sister always finds the best stuff at the one she frequents in New England.
I love dishes but I need more room! Thanks for hosting. Deb
Don't you love the mass of white...creates such an eye pleasing display when all shown together. I miss our lake house at times...don't miss the boats, but I adored our house. Came the day that we weren't spending two weeks in the entire year....time to sell it. Glad that you all have such a wonderful spot. Thanks for inviting us for a peak. Cherry Kay
What an amazing collection. I love your storage ideas. You have an amazing eye. I am also working my way up there with my own collections.
You have a gorgeous collection of summer china, with great patterns and colors. Of course I love the white. How nice you share a place with your brothers. Nice and organized………..Sorry I'm late visiting. I appreciate you hosting every week.
