Sweet Treats–Seasonal Sundays # 110

Seasonal Sunday Teapot copy

Welcome to Seasonal Sundays at The Tablescaper.

Camp 023

Summer makes me think of sand castles…

Camp 026

…and playing by the shore.

Camp 014

I decided to bring my summery thoughts to the dessert table.

Camp 021

Peanut butter cakes from a well greased pan, were drizzled with a simple chocolate ganache (seaweed?) to tempt the palate,  while raw sugar played the role of sand.

summer ideas 002

While you’re at the beach, be sure to pick up a few seashells for your collection.

summer ideas 013

Hope you’re embracing every bit of this summer as it rushes by.

- The Tablescaper

Yet another way to bring to bring the seaside to your home, even if you’re not near the water. I’ll be joining Yvonne’s Tutorials,Tips, and Tidbits.

OMG! How terrible of me, I just realized, while visiting SS, that I didn't leave you a comment to thank you so much for hostessing and having me!!! Please forgive me!
I love the sand castles cakes, they are so cute and served in the pretty accessories, evoking the beach. Yes, time flies, so I guess you all have to go to the beach as often as you can before summer 2012 is over again!! You are such talented baker! Happy Sunday.
