I’m joining Chari at Happy to Design, with a rerun from last year at this time, for her meme called “Sunday Favorites". It’s a meme designed to give bloggers a chance to share a favorite post from the past.
Please be sure to come and visit Seasonal Sundays. It’s my Sunday meme and it gives bloggers a chance to share what the season means to them. I have a completely different post for Seasonal Sundays, but didn’t want to miss joining in the fun of Sunday Favorites too.
Last week we got to see the kitchen table of the Benefit Harvest House Tour that we decorated for. This week, let’s walk out the back door of the kitchen and take a look at the outside at the patio.
We can sneak one more outdoor dinner in before the weather totally changes.
Enjoy those harvest tones of brown and gold.
A bit of a reflection in the amber tumbler.
The many shade of wood.
Hard to believe that window is in the garage.![]()
A falling leaf, turned glass.
The outdoor kitchen adorned for some hot apple cider and a treat as you depart the tour.
A tower of donuts.
OK, a pretty table outside, but let’s see the rest of the yard!
A gorgeous pool.
With an automated opener, of course.
Shall we take seat and chat?
Or would you rather lounge for a bit?![]()
Oh yes, back to the tablescape.
Hope you enjoyed our Benefit Harvest House tour. It was great fun being a part of it!
And, in the meantime… we’ve been working on another benefit house tour. This one a Christmas tour! The Tablescaper and her wonderful friend Kim are working on 5 different rooms at a beautiful old home. It’s sure keeping us busy (dramatic understatement). We’re excited to share our creative endeavors so stay posted!
Be sure to come back and join us for Seasonal Sundays.

Welcome to The Tablescaper.
Perhaps there will be just a few folks gathered around your table this Thanksgiving.
Gathering in the kitchen might make things more intimate.
I love my blues and my kitchen is blue so we use this set of dishes throughout November for all of our meals.
The white ruffled cake stand is Fenton.
Great detail on this chicken roaster – a Christmas Tree Shop purchase.
The flatware is my everyday set by Oneida. The turkey plates are Thanksgiving, Queen’s, from Myott Factory archive illustrations, adapted from original copper engravings.
The knives by Laguiole, made in France, were a great find at HomeGoods several years ago. The white chargers were a recent score from Christmas Tree - $1.69 @!!! The cobalt glass chargers were from Walmart several years ago.
I’ve gathered my little collection of white fowl through the years.
The cobalt glasses were a HomeGoods purchase from many years ago.
Having many blue and white candle stick holders, it’s easy to put together an engaging triple.
The solid white with blue trim were from Ikea.
No matter your Thanksgiving feast small or large, I hope yours is a blessed event.
I’m joining the following memes. Be sure to visit them for inspiration:
Looking forward to seeing you at Seasonal Sundays (see tab at the very top of the post for details).
